Quantity Surveyors – Intermediate & Senior Positions. Stellenbosch, Western Cape Project Start : January 2026

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (Intermediate and Senior level) to join our clients team for a major new residential development starting in January 2026 in the Stellenbosch area.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Conduct cost analysis, valuations, and progress reports
• Oversee project financial performance and ensure cost efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to achieve project goals
• Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts
