Overview
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, support pipeline creation, and enable engagement with key decision-makers. This role is critical to connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes through well-structured campaigns, high-performing content, and coordinated go-to-market execution.

You will be responsible for campaign delivery, email marketing, content development, social media, event coordination, and CRM follow-up. Success is measured by your contribution to lead generation, pipeline growth, sales meetings, and opportunity creation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns that support business priorities
- Coordinate messaging, content, email, and social media for each campaign
- Monitor performance and adapt based on results
- Ensure campaigns support lead generation and align to the buyer journey
Email Marketing and Automation
Build and manage email journeys in Click Dimensions or similar platformsTrigger campaigns based on lead behaviour and campaign engagementWork with sales teams to hand off qualified leadsReview email performance and refine over timeContent Development and Thought Leadership
Write and coordinate campaign content including articles, case studies, emails, and landing pagesCollaborate with internal teams to capture client impact and success storiesEnsure all content supports lead conversion and business positioningSocial Media Coordination
Manage LinkedIn content calendar based on campaign prioritiesDraft and schedule weekly posts that support awareness and engagementMonitor performance and share top content internally for amplificationEvent Marketing
Support the planning and execution of marketing-led webinars, roundtables, and industry eventsCoordinate logistics, registrations, communications, and follow-upAlign event activity with campaign goals and pipeline objectivesSales and CRM Collaboration
Assign leads in Microsoft Dynamics and ensure statuses are updated weeklyFollow up with Inside Sales and Sales teams to track lead progressionMaintain lead quality and ensure visibility across the sales funnelSupport campaign reporting and performance reviewsRequired Skills And Experience
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Click Dimensions or equivalent)Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft DynamicsExperience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, and eventsClear and confident writing skills across long- and short-form contentBasic design or CMS experience (WordPress, Canva, Adobe tools is a plus)Strong time management and ability to handle multiple prioritiesProfessional Competencies
