A rapidly-growing commercial finance brokerage specialising in asset, vehicle, truck and machinery lending across Australia.
About the role
Lead the optimisation, maintenance and strategic development of the HubSpot CRM platform ensuring the system supports sales, operations, broker workflows, marketing and data integrity. Drive automation, improve process efficiency, enhance reporting and enable the business to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the current HubSpot implementation : data structure, custom objects (if any), pipelines, workflows, email templates, reporting dashboards; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement new workflows, automation rules, custom objects and reports to support the broker team, admin support team and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and recruitment teams to translate business requirements into CRM solutions. For example : automated lead hand-off, broker onboarding tasks, settlement follow-up tasks, client referral tracking etc.
- Ensure data integrity : implement cleaning protocols, manage duplication rules, data hygiene, maintain robust segmentation, ensure consistent use across the business.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to internal users on best practices for HubSpot use.
- Support user adoption and enforce process discipline.
- Set up and monitor key performance dashboards : leads, applications, closing rates, outstanding documentation, time-to-convert, referral partner activity etc.
- Provide insights to leadership.
- Stay current with HubSpot product updates, integrations, and third-party tools, recommend and coordinate new tool integration where efficiencies can be gained.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a CRM specialist with HubSpot in a sales / operations environment; strong skill in workflow automation, custom objects, reporting and dashboard design.Good understanding of sales & operations processes (preferably within finance, brokerage or professional services) and how CRM supports them.Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data, dashboards, reporting and deriving insights to drive business decisions.Excellent stakeholder management : ability to work across departments and translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.Strong communication and training skills : can onboard users, document processes, enforce adoption.Desirable : Experience in asset finance, or an understanding of broker / loan-application flows.Knowledge of integrations (for example email marketing, settlement / loan system integration, API usage).#J-18808-Ljbffr
