Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our Talent Acquisition department with key functions including administration recruitment background checks and office management.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with day-to-day administration maintaining employee records updating databases and managing documentation.
- Support talent acquisition efforts post job ads screen CVs schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct and manage background and reference checks to ensure compliance and candidate integrity.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Contribute to office management supporting team logistics supplies and coordination of HR-related activities.
- Provide general support to the Recruitment team
Requirements :
Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resource Management Industrial Psychology or related field .Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).A proactive professional attitude and willingness to learn.What We Offer :
