ð§ Key Responsibilities
- Full HR lifecycle : recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure legal compliance
- Oversee Performance Management (including KPAs)
- Facilitate training and development initiatives
- Manage employee relations and serve as the strategic link between management and employees
- Communicate and drive the organisations vision and strategic objectives
- Manage absenteeism, disciplinary hearings, performance enquiries, job descriptions, organograms, training records, etc.
- Handle timesheet approvals, SDL, H4M processes, provident fund claims, and related administrative requirements

Matric + relevant HR diploma / degreeMinimum 10 years proven HR experience covering the responsibilities listedFluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)Excellent communication abilities verbal, telephonic, and emailStrong administrative and organisational skillsHighly adaptable, diplomatic, and skilled at problem solvingStrong management capability and the ability to work independentlyOwn reliable transportSober habits and a strong work ethicIf you do not meet the full profile above, please do not apply.
