Responsibilities

Architecting and delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance ERP workflows.

Leading proof‑of‑concepts through to production, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.

Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Integrating emerging AI research into practical enterprise applications.

Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Representing the business in workshops, demos, and industry forums, showcasing AI leadership.

Experience using Python or C and tools such as N8N to author and monitor workflows.

Familiarity with standard LLM tooling such as Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

Qualifications

Proven experience in AI / ML engineering, particularly in LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI, or agentic systems.

Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), MLOps, and scalable architectures.

Hands‑on skills in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

Ability to bridge technical and business worlds, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Track record of delivering enterprise‑grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
