What Youll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, seamless service at every level.
- Lead and motivate a passionate front-of-house team to deliver world-class yet unpretentious hospitality.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest care, presentation, and professionalism.
- Work closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to deliver a thoughtful, locally inspired dining experience.
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, stock control, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and pride in the West Coasts unique hospitality style.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 35 years management experience in a luxury or fine-dining environment.A deep appreciation for West Coast hospitality warm, genuine, and grounded in a sense of place.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.Proven ability to manage high-end service operations while maintaining a relaxed, guest-focused atmosphere.Sound understanding of financial management, stock control, and service standards.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Whats on Offer
