We're looking for a qualified and experienced F&I Manager to join our team at our BAIC dealership.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesPresent and sell finance, insurance, and warranty products to customersStructure finance deals to meet lender and dealership guidelinesSecure approvals through established financial institutionsMaintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirementsBuild strong relationships with customers and financial partnersAccurately complete and submit all necessary documentation

Desired Experience & QualificationProven experience in an F&I role within a dealership (2+ years preferred)Sound knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulationsStrong negotiation and communication skillsHigh level of integrity and professionalismAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentValid driver's license and clean credit record
