Job descriptionâ
3+ years of experience in wet services drafting using Revit. â
Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and design principles. â
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. â
Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail. â
Team player with great communication skills.
Duties :
- ð¹ Developing precise Revit models for wet services, including plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply systems.
- ð¹ Collaborating closely with Engineers and Architects to produce coordinated and clash-free designs.
- ð¹ Ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- ð¹ Generating detailed construction drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- ð¹ Reviewing and refining designs to improve efficiency and sustainability.
