Our client powers white-label outbound calling for off-market real estate and home services clients. We support partners in real estate acquisitions roofing HVAC solar and related industries. The business is scaling quickly with 200-plus clients recently onboarded and we are expanding our customer support team to keep pace.
Role Overview
The Email Marketer will be responsible for developing executing and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement retention and sales. This role blends creativity with technical and analytical skills to manage the full lifecycle of email marketingfrom strategy and content creation to segmentation deployment and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain the email marketing calendar including promotional lifecycle and transactional campaigns.
- Design build and deploy engaging email campaigns using CRM or ESP platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Ensure emails render correctly across various devices browsers and email clients.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting
Segment subscriber lists based on demographics purchase behavior engagement and other relevant factors.Maintain list hygiene ensuring accurate clean and up-to-date subscriber data.Content & Creative
Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling email copy visuals and CTAs.Ensure all email content aligns with brand guidelines and supports broader marketing objectives.Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and report on key metrics such as open rates click-through rates (CTR) conversions and unsubscribe rates.Conduct A / B testing on subject lines content send times and layout to continually improve performance.Use data insights to refine strategies and drive measurable improvements.Compliance & Deliverability
Maintain strong deliverability and inbox placement rates.Ensure all campaigns comply with regulations such as CAN-SPAM GDPR and CASL.Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience
2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.Technical Skills
Proven proficiency with at least one major ESP or marketing automation platform.Familiarity with HTML / CSS for email template customization is a plus.Strong understanding of email best practices deliverability and spam regulations.Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Skills
