Job descriptionWe are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As a Sales Executive at Rola Jetour, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers and showcase the brand's latest vehicles. If you are passionate about cars, have excellent communication skills, and are motivated to succeed, we invite you to apply for this exciting role. Basic Monthly Salary Incentive and Commission Structure Company Vehicle Provident Fund and Medical Aid Benefits Previous vehicle sales experience essential (Jetour / Omoda / Jaecco advantageous) Minimum Grade 12 Computer literate and skilled in MS Office Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills High level of motivation, initiative and integrity Fluent in Afrikaans and English Valid Driver’s License Clear criminal record Network and build relationships within the motor industry Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Target new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth Managing of sales process to ensure CSI Manage customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
