Cost Accountant

Job descriptionPerform cost analysis and reporting for manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain cost standards for raw materials, labour, and overhead. Monitor and analyze inventory variances, wastage, and production inefficiencies. Collaborate with the production and finance teams to develop and implement cost control measures. Assist in preparing monthly management reports, including variance analysis and financial forecasts. Support the budgeting process and long-term financial planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Professional Accountant (SA) or CGMA or Cost Accountant or similar. At least 3+ years relevant work experience in fruit / food / manufacturing industry is ideal Experience in cost accounting is highly beneficial. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Accounting / Financial Services jobs
