Job descriptionPrevious professional experience in a hotel or a software company within the hospitality sector, with a solid understanding of daily hotel operations, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities, Basic knowledge of the onboarding process in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, Strong organisational and communication skills, with fluency in English, Guest-centric mindset and an international mentality, Contract Enhancements : earn between 1300 EUR to 1800 EUR on a B2B contract. Junior Client Onboarding Specialist (remote in South Africa)
Currently we are looking for a Junior Client Onboarding Specialist based in South Africa to join our Onboarding Team and help us deliver our solutions to customers in a quick and seamless way! Interacting with clients worldwide, colleagues who are experts in hospitality and travel-tech and being constantly exposed to our technology will provide you with a great opportunity to become an expert in dealing with a diverse set of stakeholders, develop your hospitality domain experience and tech skills.
Daily activities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process,
- Deliver all onboarding tasks to an exceptional standard, ensuring projects go live on schedule,
- Ensure clients enjoy a seamless and positive onboarding experience,
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on assigned projects,
- Collaborate with team members to support the achievement of company goals.
