A Client Services Team Leader plays a pivotal role in managing and guiding the Client Services team to deliver exceptional support and service to our clients.
This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate processing of onboardings and account maintenance.Responsibilities : Establish team morale and develop team strengthsReport to the management and operations teamSet clear team goals and develop a dynamic plan in order to achieve these goalsMeet compliance requirements from an external compliance officerProcessing client data and performing client due diligence (CDD)Executing the onboarding process with associated authorised dealersLiaising with colleagues, sales team, bank personnel and clients.Skills and Experience : Management experienceClient service experienceExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsPractices problem solving and critical thinkingAttention to detailComputer literateAptitude for learning
