Key Responsibilities Production Management : Apply modern management and viticulture practices to ensure optimal yields and quality. Personnel & Administration : Plan, lead and manage labour effectively. Financial Oversight : Drive cost control with a focus on productivity and assist with budget management.  Job Requirements : Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in table grape production and management practices Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication and leadership skills
