What You’ll Do :

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions for complex clients — including bill pay, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll preparation.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and perform general ledger closings.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and ensure accuracy of the chart of accounts.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting packages.
• Prepare and file client sales tax returns, year-end 1099s, and property tax declarations.
• Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to support client success.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking team focused on innovation, efficiency, and exceptional client experience.
