What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

Provide financial planning support and create tailored plans that align to client goals.
Convert inbound & allocated leads into needs-based solutions (funeral, life, risk, savings & investments).
Prepare, cross-check and quality-assure all plans, quotes, disclosures and records for complete accuracy .
Support investment professionals and cultivate lasting client relationships with smart follow-ups and reviews.
Manage a tight digital pipeline : CRM updates, persistency and client satisfaction.
Operate within Sanlam’s Fit & Proper and compliance standards at all times.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)

2+ years’ industry experience with a strong understanding of the insurance industry .

FAIS Fit & Proper; RE5 and relevant Class of Business (or on a defined path to completion).

Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-first style.

High attention to detail and a love for accuracy & cross-checking .

Digital proficiency (Zoom / WhatsApp / CRM) and a closer’s mindset.
