We help businesses grow through consultancy, training, and managed services. We're expanding our Managed Services team and are looking for a creative, confident, and detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager to help our clients shine on LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building relationships, and generating leads through social media while delivering outstanding client results.

Duties

• Create and post engaging content for client LinkedIn profiles.
• Manage social inboxes, respond to messages, and maintain client engagement.
• Grow LinkedIn connections and manage social selling campaigns to generate leads.
• Support webinars and events, including invitations, promotion, and follow-ups.
• Track performance using analytics, reporting on results, and optimising content strategies.
• Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing updates, blogs, and industry insights on your own profile.
• Onboard new clients and maintain strong communication throughout campaigns.
