Job Description
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Lead crews in preparing and executing demolition works, including physically demanding tasks in site environments.
- Collaborate with engineers and demolition specialists on demolition plans, design, preparation, planning, and implementation.
- Manage administrative tasks : data entry, material / resource analysis, inspections, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation and standards (local and international). ISO45001 and ISO9001.
- Apply knowledge of explosive charging, blueprint interpretation, drilling / breaking patterns, and Quality Control practices.
Qualifications
National Diploma / BTech / Advanced Diploma in an Engineering discipline.A minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Petrochemical, Industrial, Construction, Mining or Demolition industries.Skills
Demonstrated experience in a demolition site environment.Proficiency in MS Projects and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced site environments.Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.Willingness to learn and grow within the demolition industry.Experience in Rope Access Systems (advantageous).Benefits
