Purpose of the Role
The Junior Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger initiatives.
This role assists in project administration, stakeholder communication, schedule tracking, and risk monitoring to ensure smooth delivery.
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and broader project team, the Junior Project Manager helps ensure deliverables are met, issues are escalated timeously, and project documentation is maintained.
This role also contributes to process improvements and learns to apply project governance principles in a real-world delivery environment.
