Role Overview

We are hiring a fully remote ERP Data Migration Team Lead to join our dynamic Corporate Applications IT Team. Reporting to the IT ERP Program Manager, this role is responsible for leading a team that manages the end-to-end data migration process from acquisition legacy ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). Qualified candidates will be highly skilled in relevant ERP functions and passionate about driving successful integrations. This position operates during working hours of 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to global transformation from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the teams' process of migrating acquisition company legacy ERP system to Microsoft D365 FO / CE.
• Lead a data migration team, manage resources, ensure data integrity, manage project timelines / risks.
• Plan, manage, and execute data migration projects. Orchestrate and coordinate ERP team data migration activities from acquisition legacy ERP systems to D365 FO / CE including the management of data extract, transformation and load activities and mock conversion events.
• Monitor and report progress on team data migration tasks, including identification of schedule and data quality risks and mitigation plans.
• Guide the team in adopting best practices for data strategy, data cleansing, system configuration, and user adoption.
