We are seeking Commercial & Operations senior personnel who will be responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy and direction of the company. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth managing key customer relationships and ensuring the alignment of the companys commercial activities with its overall business objectives. The incumbent will work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute business strategies that stimulate business growth and enhance the organisations market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Create oversee and carry out commercial strategies in accordance with the aims and objectives of the business.
- Oversee and guide the commercial team to meet predetermined goals and targets.
- Find new markets (local and internationally) to enter and make sure the companys market share and profitability are increasing steadily.
- Create and maintain relationships with important partners suppliers and customers.
- Make well-informed company decisions by analysing and interpreting consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Work together with key stakeholders and departments of product development marketing and sales to propel company expansion.
- Manage contractual commitments and supervise contract negotiations.
- Create and oversee financial reports forecasts and budgets.
- Verify adherence to industry rules and corporate policy.
- Use key performance indicators to track and report on business performance.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team while cultivating a high-performance culture.
- Keep up with developments in technology industry trends and the competitive environment.
