• REPORTS TO
• Section Manager or any other person appointed to supervise him / her from time to time.
• PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE
• Provide supporting services and prepare documentation for projects as well as provide other appropriate technical support.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify areas for improvement within projects and processes
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to management services
• Document projects within guidelines set by supervisor
• Produce high quality drawings and documentation
• Attend technical discussions and project delivery meetings
• Write meeting minutes
• Interact with project team and external consultants
• Prepare payment certificates and budget forecasts
• Ability to resolve conflicts on site, or between external consultants, making sure to not aggravate any arising issues and solve conflicts in an ethical manner
• RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• A N. Dip / BTech in relevant field
• 0-3 years’ experience post qualification
• Capability and desire to learn
• Complete quality documentation within a required timeframe
