Inherent Requirements :
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Information Technology (IT) recruitment, with a strong focus on Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) recruitment
- Experience in sourcing, screening, matching, and interviewing candidates for IT and SAP specialist roles
- Proven track record of successful placements and achieving / exceeding monthly and annual targets
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Placement Partner, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full 360-degree recruitment desk
- Strong understanding of IT disciplines including Infrastructure, Software Development, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, including Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI / CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Ability to confidently interview IT and SAP specialists
- Proven ability to identify and secure new business within the Information Technology specialist space
- Skilled in lead generation, researching potential clients, identifying decision-makers, and securing new business
- Ability to develop, grow, and manage client relationships
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and documentation abilities
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office)

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from business development and client engagement to candidate placement and post-hire follow-upPartner with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical and cultural requirementsProactively identify and engage top IT and SAP talent across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting)Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for both contract and permanent rolesConduct detailed technical interviews and competency assessments to ensure strong candidate-client alignmentNegotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and guide candidates through the onboarding processDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the IT and SAP sectorsIdentify opportunities for business expansion and provide strategic talent insights to clientsPresent tailored recruitment solutions and market intelligence to decision-makersStay up to date on IT and SAP market trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand skill setsCollaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and streamline processesRepresent the company professionally at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetingsCharacter Traits :
