Chief Information Officer

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).

10 years of progressive IT leadership experience including 5 years in an executive or senior management role.

Proven success leading digital transformation in the insurance fintech or financial services sector.

Strong expertise in systems integration cloud architecture data analytics and cybersecurity.

Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into effective technology delivery.

Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
