Senior Butchery Manager - Woodmead (Delthorn Butcheries)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Butchery Manager to lead our butchery operations. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, loyal, trustworthy , and maintain clean and sober habits . This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and sales while ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the butchery, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality production.
• Manage and supervise butchery staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure all meat products are cut, prepared, and displayed according to company standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain inventory.
• Control costs and reduce wastage while maintaining profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper pricing, packaging, and labeling of meat products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products and equipment maintenance.
