Specifically focused on BEES Online Touchpoints such as BEES Digi Comms & Rewards. Key roles and responsibilities : The Product Owner is responsible for the design and development of their squad’s products. They own the organization, prioritisation, and execution of backlog activities, aligned with stakeholders' needs, but always with a critical view, measuring the value generation of each activity and the development effort. They are responsible for conducting the daily standup, planning, retrospect, review, and refinement routines (technical and product), as well as organizing the sprint agenda. The Product Owner is also responsible for documentation of all features and descriptions of the product, as well as an explanation of the models in an intermediate language between an “academic approach” and “corporate documentation”, so that it is easily interpretable by members of the technical team (scientists and engineers) and stakeholders within the commercial functions. Therefore, everything that is in the code must be explained in the documentation. Strong technical knowledge in the fields of data science and engineering is critical, and fundamental commercial knowledge is preferred, so that it is possible for the Product Owner to combine business rules and machine learning to model the problem situations proposed by the commercial team s to the squad Profile : Strong mathematical background, preferably acquired through education that covers deeper levels of differential and integral calculus, linear algebra, combinatorial analysis, probability, and statistics Proficiency in at least the basic programming languages used in the day-to-day operations of the data science and engineering team : SQL, Python, and PySpark . Knowledge of programming concepts as well as classical optimization and search algorithms.
