The purpose of the role is to build a relevant rewards program (Club B) for customers - that drives engagement, incrementality and monetization. The BEES Rewards Manager shall also guarantee success of the program by creating and implementing local initiatives and ensuring implementation of best practices, with strong alignment amongst commercial areas and between Global, to boost digitalization and loyalty, deploy commercial strategy, and drive monetization opportunities. The BEES Rewards Manager shall oversee the program’ engagement, incrementality and monetization metrics, execute the commercial strategy via personalized points-offers to guarantee incremental conversion and commercial impact, manage resource allocation and the redemption catalogue, offering a meaningful assortment, finally deliver rewards monetization via selling points, adding margins on redemption and points expiration.
Points Offers Management
- Manage and optimize incrementality attributable to points offers
- Understand the audience of the program to maximize conversion
- Guarantee completion of points-offers as a deliverable of a Rewards program strategy
- Lead discussions with the data team to personalize points-offers to optimize conversion and business impact
- Know best practices around offering ways to earn points for actions on BEES and burn those points on BEES for free product and prizes
Resource Allocation
Optimize SAB investment across promotions and pointsUnderstand what customers are influenced by points / promos and design strategy to move promo to pointsProgram Engagement
Cluster POCs based on their digital maturity and coordinate actions across online and offline assets to educate POCsManage the customer base to ensure we have a healthy and engaged baseRevenue Management
