Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support & Enquiries :
Be the first point of contact for client communication via phone or email
Manage incoming sales enquiries and provide basic product info or pricingRoute technical questions to relevant specialistsSales Order Processing :Generate quotes, pro forma invoices, and sales orders using ERP / accounting software
Accurately record product codes, quantities, and delivery detailsKeep clients informed on order progress, delivery timelines, and lead timesAdministrative Support :Maintain up-to-date records in CRM / internal databases
Compile monthly reports, including sales performance, customer statements, and back-ordersAssist external sales staff with admin tasks like pricing updates, presentations, or tender documentsTeam Coordination :Liaise with warehouse and logistics to facilitate on-time dispatch
Collaborate with production and procurement on availability and custom ordersWork closely with finance for invoicing, credit notes, and account queriesProduct Knowledge :Learn the specifications and features of modular flooring systems
Be equipped to explain differences in panel types, load capacities, finishes, and moreJob Experience & Skills Required :
