• Creative Design : Conceptualise new designs and modifications, ensuring high-quality output with attention to detail. Create digital designs including HTML banners, landing pages, flyers, press ads, LED work, and focus on video and motion graphics.
• Best Practice and Research : Attend workshops and review publications to stay updated and develop knowledge proactively.
• Coaching : Share knowledge with junior team members to upskill the team.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate regularly with stakeholders, interpret briefs, and relay feedback effectively.
