Job descriptionResponsive interface design Wireframing and layout planning Familiarity with W3C standards (XHTML1.1 & CSS) Cross-browser UI optimization and speed considerations Excellent communication skills , especially when engaging with clients and co-workers. Valid driver’s license and own transport is required Develop creative concepts and designs based on written or verbal briefs. Take projects from concept through to final delivery, including presentations to clients when needed. Collaborate across design, development, and production teams to ensure smooth execution. Assist with ongoing website maintenance and updates. Liaise with clients to gather feedback, present progress, and manage expectations. Maintain high design standards and take full ownership of your work. Apply creative thinking and contribute ideas to improve workflows and visual output. 70% design work / 30% web development. Highly creative, proactive, and solution-driven. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently. Motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment. Open to feedback, new ideas, and continuous learning. Able to work within a team or independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard office hours to meet tight deadlines. Passionate about delivering great design and user experiences.

Introduction
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior to Mid-Level Multimedia Designer to join our team on a short-term contract . This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation who is eager to contribute to both graphic and web-based projects.
The ideal candidate will bring fresh, creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to turn client briefs into high-impact digital designs. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well independently, and bring a collaborative spirit to our creative team.
Requirements
- A qualification in Graphic / Web Design (Diploma, Degree, or Certificate).
- 2+ years of proven industry experience in a similar design role. (Non-negotiable)
- An up-to-date portfolio showcasing relevant design work. (Please include links if online – non-negotiable)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. (required)
- Strong web design knowledge , including :
HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
