The Role

Web / Graphic Designer

As a Web / Graphic Designer you will play a key role in creating visually compelling assets that bring promotional campaigns and loyalty platforms to life. Working closely with both the marketing and development teams you will design user-friendly digital experiences and impactful visuals that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design campaign websites microsites and landing pages for promotions and rewards programs.
• Create eye-catching graphics digital banners and social media content to support client campaigns.
• Ensure all design work adheres to client brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and originality.
• Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional web platforms.
• Produce print-ready artwork for campaign collateral when required.
• Contribute fresh ideas to enhance user engagement and visual impact.

About You

3 years of experience in web and graphic design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and web design tools (Figma Sketch or similar).

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for collaboration with developers.

Strong creative flair with an eye for clean user-focused design.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet campaign-driven deadlines.

A proactive collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
