The Role

This is a hands-on role covering day-to-day bookkeeping as well as management accounting across several group entities.

You will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support key decision-making.

The position is ideal for a finance professional who can manage detailed accounts while also providing higher-level analysis to guide business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping and management accounting
• Manage bookkeeping across multiple entities, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards
• Handle payroll, invoicing, credit control, and expense management
• Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports for leadership review
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting across the group
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors when required
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and identify efficiency opportunities
• Ensure systems and processes are scalable to match business growth
