Financial Controller (CA)SA

Introduction

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join a dynamic Finance team who are passionate about driving financial excellence and operational efficiency - CA(SA) from the manufacturing industry

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal and external audit relationships.
• Review weekly flash reports and support central office reporting.
• Improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting .
• Design implement and maintain effective accounting programs controls and processes.
• Drive optimization of divisional accounting systems people and resources to ensure performance excellence.
• Monitor processes systems and trends to enhance productivity and support strategic objectives.
• Manage change and improvement projects including benchmarking and recommending enhancements to accounting and IT systems.
• Ensure accurate preparation and reporting of accounts taxation budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee financial management and internal controls.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors business units and suppliers.
• Lead develop and manage divisional accounting staff and performance.
