Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately captured and classified.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, trial balances, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts, identifying any discrepancies or trends.
• Perform detailed bank, supplier, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process and manage all financial data accurately within BuildSmart, this experience is non-negotiable.
