Senior Financial Accountant

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full financial accounting function, overseeing reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and statutory requirements. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements
• Management of the general ledger and reconciliations
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensuring adherence to IFRS and NPO regulatory requirements
• Liaising with Auditors and managing audit processes
• Leading and developing finance team members
