Position Summary

The Overseas Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for leading all financial, accounting, and compliance activities for Nabati’s international operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, statutory compliance, and supports business growth through sound financial analysis and decision-making. The position acts as a strategic finance partner to the Country Manager and Regional Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in accordance with company policies and local accounting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and taxation processes for the assigned country.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth coordination with HQ Finance.
