Intergro - Senior Accounts Development

Established over a decade ago, Intergro is a company that specializes in technology, office automation and energy products, providing businesses in all industries around the Western Cape with solutions to suit their specific needs.

We are looking for a motivated, confident and driven salesperson to join the Intergro Team to grow our customer base and build on relationships with our existing clients. Candidates will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and must be passionate about sales!

Responsibilities :

1. Attending new business meetings booked by our professional call center and introduce our diverse range of products

2. Meeting with existing clients to identify new opportunities.

3. Cold call on occasion to further create opportunities

4. Meet sales targets

Requirements :

1. At least 3 years sales experience in sales

2. Fluent in English

3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

4. Previous experience in dealing with decision makers

5. Ability to build positive rapport with clients

6. Good objection handling abilities

7. Ability to work under pressure

8. Own reliable vehicle

9. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets

Benefits :

1. 35K CTC + Commission

2. 75k OTE (On Target Earnings)
