We’re building the future of AI collaboration, where workspaces become thinking environments that grow smarter every week.
Mindprint was born out of our sister company, Particle Execution , an AI consultancy and automation agency helping businesses deploy AI systems inside their operations.
We’re now in Beta , onboarding early users, and scaling the go-to-market engine that will take Mindprint from an exciting product to a high-retention SaaS business.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing & GTM Manager (Funnels & Activation) to own our growth motion — from trial activation through to paid conversion and beyond.
You’ll coordinate across Founders, the Data team, and our Automations Developers to make sure everything from messaging to funnel flow to lifecycle automation works together smoothly.
This is not a narrow marketing role — it’s a hybrid of strategic growth, funnel orchestration, and hands-on GTM execution .
You’ll play a central role in ensuring our product, data, and automation efforts align around one goal : turning curiosity into activation, and activation into revenue.
What You’ll Do (On Mindprint — Core Focus)
- Own the funnel — oversee and optimize the full user journey from signup → activation → conversion → referral.
- Coordinate across teams — work closely with Founders (strategy), Data engineer (insights), and Automations team (execution).
- Lifecycle strategy & messaging — ensure the right message and automation trigger at every stage of the funnel.
- Experiment & iterate — test onboarding flows, in-app prompts, and lifecycle campaigns to improve activation and retention.
- Understand the numbers — interpret funnel metrics and user data (activation %, conversion rates, drop-off points) to brief next actions.
- Brief, not build — you don’t need to code or wire automations, but you’ll think critically about how they should work and what outcomes they should drive.
- Support lead flow management — review inbound leads, assess fit, and ensure they enter the right onboarding experience.
On Particle Execution (as needed)
Provide strategic input on AI and marketing automation client projects — especially around GTM positioning, funnels, and lifecycle flows.Join client check-ins or help review messaging / conversion flows when Founders are focused on Mindprint.You’re a Great Fit If You…
Understand how SaaS products grow — activation, engagement, retention, and referral.Have experience in growth marketing, GTM strategy, or funnel management .Can translate data into strategy — you don’t crunch the numbers, but you can interpret dashboards and brief next steps.Are fluent in automation logic — you know what should be triggered and when, even if you’re not the one building it.Have excellent written communication — you can articulate clear, simple, persuasive messaging.Love coordinating people and projects — keeping the system moving forward every week.Are comfortable working directly with founders and small teams in a fast-moving startup.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
You fully own Mindprint’s activation → conversion funnel.All key funnel metrics (activation %, trial → paid %) are tracked and improving.Founders are out of day-to-day funnel coordination and copy approvals.The data and automations teams are executing against clear briefs.You’ve supported 1–2 Particle Execution client projects with GTM strategy or funnel advice.The Stack (You Don’t Need to Build It, Just Think With It)
