Overview
GigaBrands is hiring an Amazon Brand Manager (Remote | Amazon-Focused). You’ll lead client relationships, drive results, and oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. You’ll be the trusted point of contact, track progress, lead communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30 / 60 / 90 days)
- Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
- Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
- Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits
- Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding / offboarding
- Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)2+ years in client / account management (agency preferred)Clear communicator and proactive problem-solverFluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learnReliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressureWhy GigaBrands
