Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading yesHEis’ global marketing efforts. This role shapes how yesHEis connects with Christians worldwide, helps grow the community, increases digital engagement, and inspires meaningful evangelistic action. The Marketing Manager oversees and empowers a diverse global marketing team, guides strategy and execution, and reports to the yesHEis Initiative Lead. The role combines creativity with data-driven insight to deliver campaigns that resonate across cultures, strengthen the brand, and activate Christians to share their faith.
YesHEis is a global activation platform led by a distributed team across multiple countries, focused on content creation, technology, marketing, localisation, and church engagement. The initiative is core to CV’s Activation strategy and aims to be widely adopted by individual Christians and churches worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies to grow awareness, engagement and community across 25+ regions.
- Design culturally relevant, data-driven campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage and oversee calendars and collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Performance Marketing Specialist to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Drive user engagement, boost platform usage, encourage user-generated content and deepen community engagement.
- Oversee omni-channel messaging, including app notifications to ensure brand consistency.
- Build strategic partnerships to expand yesHEis’ influence in key markets.
- Analyse campaign performance and apply insights to improve results.
- Define clear KPIs and report on marketing performances and ROI regularly.
- Support localisation teams to maintain global consistency with local relevance.
- Collaborate with the Initiative Lead and Content Manager to align marketing with yesHEis’ overall organisational goals.
- Lead and mentor a diverse global marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation and continuous learning.
- Manage and optimise the global marketing budget.
- Collaborate across time zones, which may require occasional out-of-hours availability.

Bachelor’s degree in digital media, Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years in digital product, content, or platform leadership roles — ideally in a mission-driven, global, or tech-enabled organisation.Experience in managing global initiatives and remote teams, with strong leadership, communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems, with the ability to translate insights into strategy.Creative, analytical and strategic thinker with a track record of growing digital communities.Seniority level
