Recruitment Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-driven Recruitment Specialist (Seasonal) to join our team on a day-shift schedule . This is a temporary position ideal for someone who wants to contribute to a fast-paced recruitment team during our busy hiring season. You’ll help identify top candidates, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure a smooth experience for both applicants and our internal team.

What You'll Do

• Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
• Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
• Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
• Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
• Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
