About the Role
A Mid Project Manager will drive creative and production projects from brief to delivery, collaborating closely with our dynamic teams and the Project Management Lead. Your focus will be on managing multiple mid‑ to high‑complexity projects while safeguarding profitability and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Have integrated experience across disciplines such as Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, and / or Print projects, handling briefs and delivery across varying time zones.
- Manage your team to deliver a wide range of deliverables from email marketing to website content.
- Implement defined project‑management and production processes within BTG+ and with partners.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Maintain a resilient mindset in the face of setbacks and adversity.
- Embodiy company values and instill these behaviours in all team members.
- Drive continuous improvement and consult on process enhancements.
- Close projects to set standards and requirements.
- Communicate directly with clients : brief kick‑off calls, status updates, and query resolution.
Initiate & Plan the Project
Serve as the point of contact for new briefs and transform unclear briefs into well‑prepared ones.Scope, cost, and plan projects across different briefs.Work to the BTG+ Project Management Way of Working while Executing Projects
Identify stakeholders and create communication plans to provide appropriate information.Set realistic deadlines with partners and challenge unrealistic timelines.Create project plans and identify key milestones.Staff projects correctly by working with the Delivery Lead and Resource / Studio Manager.Identify risks and build risk registers.Define cost, scope, and time plans in collaboration with the creative team.Prepare and run structured client and team kick‑off meetings.Manage project documentation delivery.Manage Project Execution, Monitoring And Control
Coordinate development and delivery among project participants and stakeholders.Prioritize and manage project team workload.Act as partner liaison, presenting scopes, cost estimates, and timing plans.Build partner relationships and ensure needs are addressed following BTG+ ways.Monitor progress, budget, and resources to keep projects on scope and within budget.Prepare status reports for stakeholders and manage weekly action points.Follow change‑control processes for scope, budget, timelines, or resource changes.Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and system compliance.Proactively problem‑solve, mitigate risks, and plan for future issues.Account for financial profitability, managing cost overburn and time logged daily.Ensure final deliverables are quality‑driven and meet design and production requirements.Monitor team utilization and output.What You Need To Be Great In This Role
