- 3-4 Years experience in sales service relationship management credit applications and financial acumen
- Analyse customers financial behaviour current product holding and short to long term financial needs
- Apply discretion to act on client instructions within defined mandate and escalate where applicable
- Identify business opportunities and create additional sales for future growth.
- Ability to retain existing customers or clients diagnose their needs and present product feature and benefits to retain their business.
