Introduction

OFFICE ASSISTANT & FLIGHTING CO-ORDINATOR

(MEDIA / BILLBOARD INDUSTRY)

CENTURION PRETORIA

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Salary on offer : R13 000.00 CTC per month
  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualification ADVANTAGEOUS
  • Strong administration and co-ordination skills ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans ESSENTIAL
  • Highly experienced on MS Office & MS Excel (Advanced) ESSENTIAL
  • Duties include : Scheduling of team & crew members Assist with PPE Assist with Health & safety duties Quotations Maintenance of sites record keeping Schedule and arrange Training sessions Collect consumables for Office Arranging courier and third party installations Administration and office co-ordination Removal and installation of banners
  • Fully bilingual in both English & Afrikaans languages ESSENTIAL
  • Own reliable vehicle & valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements) ESSENTIAL
  • Must reside in Centurion Pretoria ESSENTIAL
