What does a Senior Producer do at Hogarth?

The Senior Producer is responsible for end-to-end management and successful delivery of complex, multi-channel advertising production projects. This includes production leadership on Creative Adaptation and Versioning for EMEA markets, working across assets for TV, Cinema, Online, Social, and DOOH. You will lead a range of projects from large-scale global campaigns to intricate digital experiences, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, translating creative vision into actionable production plans and navigating challenges to achieve outstanding results. You will ensure excellence in Creative Production Adapts and localization and collaborate with Hogarth AMs, local UK agencies and UK clients.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders : This role reports to the Executive Producer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex production projects simultaneously, from brief to final delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Oversee all phases of production : pre-production, shoot / build, post-production, and final asset delivery.
• Ensure projects adhere to Hogarth’s quality standards, brand guidelines, and client specifications.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Drive efficiency and optimize workflows while maintaining quality and creative integrity.
• Assist the Executive Producer in organizing workloads and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Act as primary production contact for clients, managing expectations and relationships.
• Translate client needs and briefs into actionable production requirements for internal teams and external vendors.
• Present production plans, budgets, and timelines to clients and secure approvals.
• Provide regular project updates to all stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on production best practices.
• Develop detailed project budgets, obtain bids, negotiate with vendors, and monitor expenditures.
• Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting; identify cost savings without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with creative teams, account management, strategy, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Source, vet, and manage external vendors and production partners; provide clear direction and feedback to teams.
• Maintain high attention to detail and stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to enhance offerings.
• Mentor junior producers and contribute to process improvements.
