What does an Executive Post-Producer do at Hogarth

The Executive Producer at Hogarth is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a portfolio of complex high-value production projects and managing key client relationships. Production Lead on Creative. You will be a strategic partner to clients and internal teams ensuring the delivery of world-class content that aligns with brand objectives budget and timelines. This role requires a seasoned production expert with exceptional leadership client management and problem-solving skills capable of driving innovation and operational excellence across a diverse range of media. You will be a hands-on Production Lead on Adaptation & Versioning work for EMEA markets. Working across assets for multiple platforms including TV Cinema Online Social & DOOH. You will work directly with Hogarth AMs local UK agencies and UK clients.

Responsibilities

Strategic Production Leadership :

• Oversee the strategic direction and execution of a portfolio of major accounts or complex projects ensuring alignment with client goals and Hogarth’s business objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative production strategies and workflows to optimize efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness at scale.
• Anticipate future production needs and trends advising clients and internal teams on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Make staffing decisions within the team; organizing workloads and covering holiday / sick leave.
