Duties & Responsibilities :
Account Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with leading ISPs, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for ISP partners on all commercial and technical matters.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong engagement with key decision-makers.
Sales & Channel Development
Develop and execute joint business plans with ISPs to drive revenue growth and product adoption.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within ISP portfolios.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets specific to ISP accounts.Technical Alignment & Product Support
Collaborate with the companyâs technical and product teams to ensure product compatibility with ISP infrastructure.Support the testing, certification, and integration of the companyâs devices on ISP networks.Deliver product training to ISP sales and technical teams when required.Reporting & insights
Monitor account performance, generate regular forecasts and reports.Analyze market data and trends to inform future strategies and product positioning.
