Job descriptionLead the kitchen team, inspiring and guiding employees to achieve excellence. Manage food costs and revenue generation through effective menu planning and cost-cutting strategies. Utilise company documentation to maintain accurate production records and implement effective waste management practices. Ensure daily order completion and adherence to service standards. Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management. Recommend and promote innovative menu ideas to enhance our offerings. Oversee cleaning rosters to ensure a hygienic and efficient food production environment. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience. Availability to work weekends and public holidays. Morning shifts from 6 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM, with occasional lunch service. Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience. Cook / Catering / Confectionery jobs
