In this role, you will support our Commercial team across the country and engage directly with customers to provide sound engineering advice and design. This will entail providing effective and efficient communication on opportunities with customers, energy modelling, solution designs, feasibility studies, and project ownership.
The role requires knowledge in PV, BESS, E-mobility, and power quality and will be responsible for engineering designs in each. The role includes pre-sales (design, presentation, BOQ) and post-sales (detailed design, project management, implementation) activities. The role also includes expanding a robust internal team to handle complex energy projects for key accounts.
Energy projects
- Design of solar photovoltaic plants, Battery energy Storage Systems, lighting layouts, EV charging stations, equipment selections, and building automation in the context of smart environment technology.
- Energy audits, capturing data, site visits, optimisation investigations.
- Feasibility studies using energy load profile and financial models and tools. Install loggers / meters, take measurements on site (e.g., Lux, noise, vibration, current etc.).
- Design holistic solutions for customers.
- Electrical reticulation diagrams, drawings. Manage and improve energy modelling tools and software.
- Assist with commissioning, project support and after sales technical support.
